Recipe Suji Sandwich

Ingredients for Suji Sandwich

Suji -1cup , Dahi – 1/2 cup, Water cup – 1/2 cup Oil – 1tbsp , Jeera – 1/2 tbsp , Curry leaf – 4-5 , Hari Mirch – 1 Chopped, Aloo – 4 boiled or mashed, Mirchi Powder – 1/2 tbsp, Salt – According to taste, Lemon Juice🍋- 1/2, Eating soda – 1/2 tbsp, Oil – 2tbsp to cook, Chutney- 5tbsp , Ketchup – 5tbsp

Procedure – Take 1cup Suji in a bowl, add 1/2 cup Dahi in it, 1/2 Cup of water in it. Add Salt according to taste. & 1/2 tbsp of eating soda in it. Stir it well & keep it for 15 minutes. Now take a cooking pan put 1tbsp oil in it. Add 1/2 tbsp jeera in it. 4-5 Curry leaves in it. 1chopped Hari Mirch in it. A pinch of turmeric & 4 boiled mashed potatoes in it. 🥔 Put salt, red chilly powder in it according to taste. Add 1/2 lemon juice . Sprinkle chopped coriander 🌿 leaves on it.

Make small round tikki’s of the formed aloo(potato) masala. Take a frying pan . Spread the fermented suji batter like a crep on the frying pan . Spread 5tbsp of Green chutney on it.. For making of chutney – Mix coriander leaves, hari mirchi, 1/2 tbsp curd in a hand mixer & add 1/2bsp jerra powder, salt in it. Place aloo tikki on it. Spread 5 tbsp of Ketchup on it. And once again spread Suji batter on it. Keep it for frying. Once that side is fried . Rotate it so that the other side is fried. Very delicious😋✨ & mouth 👄watering Suji Sandwich is Ready
